Take a window Cd to recover it without installing window. Insert CD wait to detect it and restart laptop. Press esc button repetedly fast until boot menu opens, boot ur laptop with win cd wait window loading files when INSTALL NOW appers dont choose it choose recover my computer then choose load drivers it opens win/ system32/drivers folder go to system32 rename utilman.exe with anyname.exe and cmd.exe with utilman.exe then restart it. When password window appers go to utility manager window at left bottom button it will open cmd then type netuser command then type again netuser * type new pass and confirm it when u type it not visible. Then restart and login with new passwd
